Harbour & Home Property Services

Harbour & Home Property Services is committed to showing only genuine reviews. We follow UK consumer law, including the ban on fake and misleading reviews under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

Our commitments

• We do not write, commission, buy or post fake reviews, and we do not pay for positive reviews.
• Any review we display reflects the real experience of a genuine customer.
• If we ever offer an incentive in exchange for a review, we will say so clearly next to the review, and we will not make the incentive conditional on the review being positive.
• We do not selectively hide genuine negative reviews to create a misleading impression.

How we handle reviews

• We take reasonable steps to check that reviews come from real customers.
• We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, off-topic, or that we have good reason to believe is fake — but not simply because it is critical.
