Electrical Safety Inspection (EICR)
Full Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) by NICEIC approved electrician. Certificate issued. Required for all rental properties.
Emergency Plumbing Call-out
Out-of-hours emergency plumbing response for leaks, burst pipes and urgent drainage issues. Gas Safe registered engineer.
End of Tenancy Deep Clean
Thorough deep clean of an entire property at end of tenancy including oven, inside cupboards, windows and all surfaces.
Fortnightly Domestic Clean
Every two weeks domestic clean covering all rooms, surfaces, floors and bathrooms.
Garden Maintenance (weekly)
Weekly garden upkeep including lawn mowing, edging, weeding beds and general tidy-up.

Regular Weekly Domestic Clean
Recurring weekly clean covering all main rooms, hoovering, mopping and bathroom/kitchen maintenance.
Upholstery Cleaning
Deep clean of sofas, armchairs and other upholstered furniture using specialist extraction equipment.
Window Cleaning
External window clean using pure water fed pole system. Frames and sills wiped as standard.
