Demo Plumbing & Heating Co. is committed to showing only genuine reviews. We follow UK consumer law, including the ban on fake and misleading reviews under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

Our commitments

• We do not write, commission, buy or post fake reviews, and we do not pay for positive reviews.
• Any review we display reflects the real experience of a genuine customer.
• If we ever offer an incentive in exchange for a review, we will say so clearly next to the review, and we will not make the incentive conditional on the review being positive.
• We do not selectively hide genuine negative reviews to create a misleading impression.

How we handle reviews

• We take reasonable steps to check that reviews come from real customers — each review is tied to a completed job.
• We publish all genuine reviews, whatever the star rating. We never show only the positive ones, and the business cannot hide, edit, delete or pick which reviews appear.
• Every review is automatically screened for abusive content, threats, personal contact details and spam — regardless of its rating. Genuine criticism is always published; only content that breaches these guidelines is removed.
• The business may reply publicly to a review. Replying is the only way a business responds to feedback here — it cannot suppress it.
• The business may choose to show its reviews section or hide it entirely, but never selectively.
