Booking & payment platform

Our website and bookings are operated using OptiTech Automation as a service provider (processor acting on our instructions), and card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and financial records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal retention requirements (for example, tax records), then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
