We do not sell your personal data.

Marketing

We only send marketing where you have agreed, or where the law otherwise allows it for our existing customers. You can opt out at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us.

Booking & payment platform

Our website and bookings are operated using OptiTech Automation as a service provider (a processor acting on our instructions), and card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies plus, with your consent, anonymised Google Analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookies notice for the detail and to change your choices at any time.

Where your data is held

Your information is held on secure servers in the European Union (Dublin, Ireland). Some of our service providers may process limited data in other countries; where they do, it is protected by the safeguards required under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and financial records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal retention requirements, usually around six years for tax and accounting records. General enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted sooner. After that we delete or anonymise your data.

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you by solely automated means.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We will respond within one month.
